The postcode search functions throughout the site are attached to our custom built database. Enter the first letters of your postcode. The result will be businesses in the searched category in that postcode. (Some busisnesses feature in postcodes outside of there own) The home page search searches all categories of businesses throughout the input postcode region and displays them in an easy to read format. You can also search for businesses by county (Not Home page search). You can input abreviated versions of the county name but be aware that if a different county exsist with simlar name it may search them as well. Eg Lancashire input La result will include Larnakshire. If you know the business name or part of the name you can use the business name search function (Not Home page search). Eg if you know that the name of the business has the word race in it but you can't remeber the rest you can type in race and it will list all business with the word race in the name. Alternatively, you can click on the map (Not home page search) for the area you wish to veiw. Some businesses that appear in the results may not be in the postcode area that has been searched.
